Our work dynamic starts by studying the DNA of our clients. Through work meetings, we first understand the business model, then identify the best product options they require, to be able to identify and define the most efficient and valuable suppliers. We also help to detect business opportunities that contribute to the final value of our clients.
We quote your products with specialized and reliable suppliers.
In this stage, the purchasing markets are defined, as well as the suppliers that best fit the client’s specifications and needs. Subsequently, samples of pre-selected products are validated to confirm the final purchase order.
Based on a portfolio and selection of qualified suppliers, a pre-order purchase quotation proposal is presented to the client for subsequent approval and manufacturing at the source.
Additionally, we provide retail consultancy for setting selling prices for retail and better competition in the final market, accompanying the client throughout the final product importation process.
We facilitate the negotiation process with the supplier.
Once the purchase order is confirmed, the manufacturing or purchasing process begins.
The manufacturing time will depend on the type of product, it can range from 30 to 60 days, depending on the production area. Products in stock may take less than 30 days.
Our agency in People's Republic of China is located in Yiwu, the city with the lowest purchasing cost in the country.
From there we manage the purchase, manufacturing, quality control and export of the products requested by the customer. We also centralize purchases to other relevant cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Once the products are delivered in People’s Republic of China by the manufacturer, we carry out quality control for the client, providing photos and videos of the products for their final approval and subsequent packaging. The client may independently request a quote for the shipment of physical samples for their approval.
The quality control can be carried out in two ways:
In-house agency: it involves a random control of all manufactured product categories, at no additional cost.
Third-party inspection: it’s an additional quality control service offered by specialized international companies, such as SGS, covering 100% of the merchandise and quoted according to customer needs.
All export documents
At La Marca Trading we offer all the exports documents from the purchasing market (proforma invoice, packing list and BL) for the final import management on behalf of the client.
We actively collaborate in the management with the forwarder.
Trading advises the end customer on the most efficient way to transport their products from the purchasing market to the final destination. The customer, on the other hand, can choose to work with its logistics service (forwarder) and import the products directly with its customs broker. If required by the client, the company can provide qualified agents and associates in Uruguay to offer such services.
